So overall I like Sans but I don't let the community's Undying (heh heh) love and obsession of him lead me to overhype him or drive me to hate him, like in the case of you.
For instance death counter in genocide and he can tell you heard him before in pacifist and neutral. It's just little things like the thing I mentioned that hint at Sans' backstory that becomes much more clear once you play both pacifist and genocide.Īnother thing I like about him is that I like the idea of being so smart he could not only predict that you can reset, but also predict what happened in said timelines. Using the knowledge you get from the fight, and play through the game again, and you call Papyrus in Alphys' lab, Papyrus will reveal to you that Sans has had the dog food bad in his room, so you could infer he has been feeding the amalgamites. While Sans is not my favorite character by any means, I do like him.
